It kind of rubs me the wrong way when people get all "I'm such a complicated person" when they're angsting- does that make me a bitch? Of course you're complicated, it's part of being human and living in this world! Not that it always works, but I try to view myself as simplistically as possible when my neuroticism starts besting me, like it has been for the last several hours now. Like, my response to feeling the way I do right now is simply "well, I'm kind of fcked in the head, so there's that..."

Ugh, so, yea, I'm making some tea and going to bed; hopefully I'll actually get some sleep, my psyche's evil mindgames are literally making me physically ill. I need my brain to shut down for a while...
