This morning I started my fitness training again.
Spent 30 minutes on the bike and really enjoyed it
Some good breakfast and soup for lunch! Should be a good start!!

When I visited my last gym I was on the weights 2/3 times a week. Made me feel great but never bulked up at all. Was really weird lol
