grayrains:
Uh, wow.  I'm just going to stick to the ready made mix you just dump into hot water, stir real quick, and then drink.  That's just too much bloody effort, heh.
arsenic:
I was a barista for 13 years. This blog made my heart flutter with happiness and excitement for you. :) *high fives*
rewop777:
@cigno i Would brew some illy on my store top expreso maker, while calling my dad that worked 30 years in the coffee growing business to recommend local blends that I could serve u. Or very well having a blend custom made by one of his buddies
timjimmy:
If I'm ever filthy rich and need a personal barista, you're hired.
realitysheriff:
Awesome thank you so much.
dracoth:
can you use "espresso" beans to make a regular cup of coffee? or just regular beans?
bnviking:
Simply the Teacher in you. Nice Coffee lesson--- All smiles : )))
butchsmith:
Don't think there is an espresso 'bean' as such... Espresso is the result of several varietal bean blends..or just one..if you don't have an espresso machine a good perculater makes a tasty brew..☕️
woodsman29:
If  I married you, would you make coffee for me?  ;)
dracoth:
@Butchsmith I know it as a process and as a very dark roast of beans, never heard if a "blend" where did you get your source?
liya:
Very informative, thank you for sharing! I'll try this at home.
freakme:
I've been using the wrong method to brew my coffee for sure! I'll be trying your method tomorrow morning! Thanks for sharing this gorgeous ❤♡❤ Oh, and I watched you sip like 40 times in a row... super sexy! hehe ❤♡❤
nikrbh:
A tip a local barista gave me that helped me get better clarity with my V60 brews: pour your coffee grounds from your grinder into a fine sieve before use to remove any really fine particles (especially useful for those with blade-type grinders). Also, he suggested a blooming dose of 50 g of water for about 18 g of coffee grounds.
cigno:
Espresdo is usually a blend that can stand the high pressure during the brewing process.  most basic rule of espresso blending is that espresso must have subdued acidity, be heavy bodied, and be sweet enough to balance the bitter and acidic flavors in the blend.’
