And DBT is amazing and takes so much hard work. Good for you tackling that.

I have BPD and was wrong diagnosed with depression since I was 14, not gonna blame because is so easy to make a mistake (specially when you’re the self destructive type). I think really try and cognitive therapy save my mental health to continue, but it is a daily fight. Thanks for sharing ♥️

I'm not much of a reader but glad you found something that has helped you ❤
faebelle:
I have BPD and I'm currently struggling to find a new therapist. This could be just the thing to help get me through the process of finding one :)

OMG! Googled it, awesome reviews, and so, me… I need to wear that book as a hat!!

Currently reading nikki sixx’s diaries :)

“Flying Camelot” by Michael Hankins. It’s nerdy airpower history about the development of the F-15 and F-16, sort of typical of the stuff I’ve been reading in my military history masters program 😅
chloeblossom:
@faebelle they actually have a whole section about what questions to ask therapists and ways to assess if it’s a good fit! I highly recommend it! It’s truly been so helpful for me!
chloeblossom:
@brubs I am so honored you shared with me. It truly helps inspire me to keep fighting and know I’m not alone. 💖
chloeblossom:
@robertbluesman I’ll wear it atop my head too. 😂❤️ we can match and make progress together🙏
