i heard a theory today that there is a management style that is designed to instill fear in workers .. seems insane .. esp. in a commission job like mine ...

I have had the same problems with jobs. Ive got 2 kids and when they were younger and got sick more often,i had to stay home or take them to the dr and lost jobs cause of it

oh god. poor baby. i used to get really bad ear infections when i was a kid, now both of mine do. both of them have been in the er in the middle of the night cause of them too.
