Had a rather busy weekend.. .and yet I feel like I really didn't do that much! I went home which meant travelling down through London, I don't normally mind but when you've got a bag i find it very annoying! My dad worked a little later than normal so that he could pick me up from the station and drop me at my bf's flat... bless him! He kept teasing me coz I wouldn't stop talking for quite a while, I get withdrawal symptoms when I have to be quiet for long periods of time!

So yea, friday night went from having a few drinks in the pub coz both of us were broke to getting very drunk and going to a club! Luckily he paid for us to get in and for a few drinks (not that I needed too many!). Had a surprisingly good night. I'm always a little apprehensive about going out back home coz I fell out with my best mate a couple of years ago and she's generally been a bitch about it since; hitting me, trying to bottle me and generally causing trouble! But she left me alone for once. The 'metal room' was a bit dead so we ended up going upstairs and dancing like lunatics to indie stuff, I'm surprised I didn't re-strain my foot in the process! Ended the night have a chip fight (and successfully getting them in my bf's hood-jacket!) and claiming that I was sober!

Met up with one of my old school friends on saturday, I haven't seen her since June when we both happened to go see bleeding through at the camden underworld! Had a brief catch up which was cool although she freaked me out being all organised and having done her xmas shopping! We both kept saying how we need to make sure we meet up at xmas... although we did the same thing all summer! Went home and saw my parents for a bit, only had to be in the house with my brother for 5 minutes for him to piss me off! I know I'm no angel but grrrr he's so utterly selfish! Had planned on seeing the constant gardener but by the time i'd eaten it was already too late so watched the family guy movie instead.

Had get up stupidly early (for me anyway) and get home on the sunday before my grandad arrived as he was coming down for the memorial service. Had a LOVELY sunday lunch, I really really miss my mum's cooking! I can cook edible food but it's just not the same! Then in the evening went up to London for the taste of chaos tour. It was good to see a show again but was disappointed by Killswitch Engage the only time they had energy on stage was when Bert came out (and all the little girlies screamed). So yea, the used put on a good show as normal and story of the year were entertaining. And it's not that i dislike Funeral for a friend... but for some reason they never do anything for me live...

So yea I'm back at uni now and have got lots of work to be getting on with! wohoo
