I am surrounded by DHS and Border Patrol everyday. I suppose it is to be expected so close to the border though.

one of my friends in college used to take his cat around with him places a lot...like you would a dog. Anyway, this is relevant because the first time I noticed was when I saw a REAL cat sitting in the rear window of his car, just chillin'. Also, it was Maine so the cat wasn't overheating or anything.

Hello, thanks for your add, your blog is one of the funniest I've read in a while. I've never seen a scrolling license plate but that sounds like a really bad idea...
