I read that first as "it's the crazy things you get used to"
which I agree with. the things that are just a bit off always leave you wondering if you aren't just sensing wrong or if it will make the slight correction back to normal in time. then something truly bizarre comes along and you just accept it because it's too much of a stretch to fight.
but yeah....the human mind and acclimate to just about anything.
