Depends on how/where I'm goin. If I'm in the desert I usually prefer to drive and use the vehicle (the blow up mattress is always a great choice for the back of the truck/suv). Too many dangerous critters that like to snuggle up to warm bodies in the night and then bite or sting ya when ya wake up haha. In the woods, especially if I'm hunting, I usually prefer ruckin in and I'll use a hammock tent. All depends on what kinda trip I'm lookin to have. Glad you're loving your adventures! Hopefully ya have many more and tell us all about em. Stay safe and enjoy the wilds!
I love camping. Usually I use tents. Where I live now, all the camping is very controlled. You make reservations through Ticketmaster or something. I like to camp in remote, private space with a beautiful view or natural feature. I've done a lot of camping at state parks by the ocean.
I miss camping. I use to do a popup that connected to my SUV when I had it. Now living in Florida, waking up next to a Gator doesn't sound like a good morning. 🤣🤣 I am glad your enjoying some camping with your babe, Elvis: )
I love everything about camping and nature! And try to go camping 4 or 5 times a year in KY TN VA and NC. With the shity economy in the United States I haven't been able to make any beach trips to VA and NC. A favorite of mine is camping and fishing on the beach at Outer Banks North Carolina and Virginia Beach VA State Park and Beach. This year I camped in a tent at Smokey Mountain National Forest in TN. Otter Creek Wildlife Management KY. And spent the night in the back of my of my truck that has a camper shell. It's really comfortable with a air mattress, stereo system, TV and DVD player. Went back to Otter Creek in July and rented a cabin with A/C for the weekend because of the excessive heatwave summer. Have plans to go camping in Mammoth Cave National Forest the last weekend in Sept. I camp in tents, truck, cabin rentals and own a RV. Love your beautiful photos and nice blog.
That sounds like so much fun! Your pictures remind me of Flagstaff, which I got to visit with my best friend for a few days recently. I went camping for the first time in my life this past summer, and now I'm hooked! I totally agree with your shirt, by the way.
