Managed to catch the new Spider-Man movie last night and I'm still thinking about it! The storyline has so much incredible energy, but honestly, Zendaya completely steals the show. Her performance is amazing and brings so much depth to the screen.If you haven't caught it in theaters yet, make sure you do. Easily a 9.5/10 for me! Have any of you seen it yet? I'll have to check it out. When superhero movies appeared, I was surprised by how good they were since they were based on silly comics made for kids that I eventually lost interest in while still one of those kids. Good writing, acting and everything else will always transcend what can seem like insurmountable weaknesses in the source material. They eventually turned into mostly rubbish but we're finally seeing signs of quality returning. Of course, a lot of people love rubbish, but we can leave that alone for now. 😉
