Do you ever have movie ideas? Like, you have a vague idea of a story-line, and who youd star in it, and a title for it? Tell me about it. (it wouldve been nice to have clovesbud around for this question)
also, besides the DVDs of ATHF and 2021, I got a Meshuggah CD. Contradictions Collapse/ None. Its pretty cool, but I have to admit after about 20 minutes of it I feel a bit worn out (much more so than say: Pantera, Motorhead, Black Flag or whoever). I find myself wondering Whatd this be like with, say, a womans vocals? ... Or just not males of the band yelllllling at me the whole time? Also, I kinda wish metal bands... broke the fashion mold a little bit. Long hair, metal band shirt, dark jeans. How novel. Itd be nice to see a metal band that didnt look like a bunch of Mike Teutuls. Im not sayin' they'd have to dress like Interpol or Duran Duran, but... you know...
Anyway, I do like the music, I just have those beefs.
I cant get into my Hotmail account. Correction- I can get into my two old ones, but I cant get into the one I use nowadays, here, to write to all of yall. It doesn't give an error screen, or a busy message, it just flat-out wont come up at all, page not found 'n such. Im worried the 140-odd letters I have from all of you are wiped out, including some addresses, phone numbers, nice caring messages, and so on. Hmmm. Well, Ive been meaning to hook up my account to my Gmail address anyway; now I really have to switch it. Ill keep checking on the Hotmail one, but anyway if you want to reach me for sure just use my Contact mail thingy.
9:20 update-- Just watched Punch-Drunk Love. I'd never really thought about seeing it until Anti/Isa gave me the Shelley Duvall/ Nilsson song, "He Needs Me." You might think that would lead to me renting Popeye... but no. I'd seen that as a kid. I just thought P-D L must be a pretty odd movie to use it, especially since it's in another movie, and Arlington Library had P-D L, so I just got it today.... hmm. I like it. Odd movie, a little disorienting, pretty unpredictable- three of my fave things together.
4/26 12:10 a.m. update-- updated my Favorite SG Pics Gallery Thing today. By accident rather than design, I stopped at a total of 99. So you can pretty much see all my faves. Yes, I like Bailey. She and Nic do my fave sets, overall. Also, I need to check out more Cherrytography- find out which sets she shot (I already know she did the Sunday, Ciel, and Disco sets) and work those in... but I gotta go to bed now.
4/26 9:08 p.m. update-- Oops, you only get 105 fave pics. Darn! I still need to research Cherry's pics, damn it... she and Siv are The World BEst Photographers In The Universe of Today.
Not much to mention. I am watching "Rabbot" ATHF on repeat. I am trying to learn up some German to write to Bambi. I uhh didn't realize all nouns were capitalized in German, or that there are three types of gender articles; okay, I didn't know a damned thing about German, okay? (I studied Spanish in school.)
Maybe I will meet TheSaucyOne and people for ROCKbot show tomorrrrowww

Well I gues that makes a lot of sense, and since you hate your job it just seems like the oportune time to move. I don't really have a place where all of my friends are...everyone is scattered...either way, I totally understand about it seeming stupid to move to some big "cool" city, some people make friends well and would thrive in a situation like that. But I, like you, wouldn't necessarily do well in a place that I knew almost no one. WTF they really stop at 105 fav pics...well I guess that is quite a few..if I wasn't at work right now I'd check them all out...hope your day is going well
