i just celebrated yule - the house is very festive. a tree, holly, pine boughs scattered about and a lot of candles. i've got some last minute shopping to do - who doesn't? i do the christmas thing with my family. i actually enjoy the christmas eve mass. i enjoy the party afterward even more.... we're always up until at least four in the morning. often, the "christians" are outnumbered by the non-christians. it's such a tradition, old friends know to drop by anytime after ten. never really know who might show up. for a "family" party - i must say it rocks. i'm trying to look forward to it.

i'd love to meet Lenore. (of course, that's just a subtle way of saying i'd love to meet you ;o)

yeah the cold really sux we got your card and i wanted to drop by and say never fear we are mailing cards out!~we just have had some lazy days...plus my pup Faith is preggo so off to the vet we go tonight! my sister is about to have a baby in a couple of months and it is really weird she has changed into a totally different person...anywhooo hopefully things will slow down after the holidays and we'll have time to meet up!
