Haha, your blog sounds just like my life. I'm always struggling to keep up with my brain and interests.

Keep up the good work with MMA and weight loss. It all comes in time. I've found that eating right helps out a bunch! Yes, I'm a calorie and protein counter now. Gotta do something to keep myself straight. The gym helps me a lot too, as does soccer. Just keep plugging along.

Yeah, I swear sometimes its a small slice of madness. I get caught up with wanting to do so many things that I tend to lose focus on one. Most of my nterests are art related....then again I have several construction mided projects that keep being tossed around and revised in muind as well. smile

I definitely love MMA now. At first it hurt a lot, and it was hard to keep up with so much heavy conditioning, but these days its like setting the bar I need to pass. Weight loss just came with the hard work and pain, and now I actually do keep track of my calorie intake and I eat a lot of protein each day to try and prevent my body from thinking it isn't going to get any energy today. Also have been taking my multivitamins for about 3 1/3 year now, so all is going good....besides being able to tap someone out and hold my own with stand up game, I am pretty happy!

Keep up the soccer...damn...that is a lot of cardio and endurance! I started running but am going to trade that for elliptical to alleviate any knee issues.

I also have some bad knee-ness. Cycling is pretty awesome. And if you go to a class the teacher can show you how to adjust your bike so you never feel anything.
