oh, sugar, sorry to hear about your back. Yeowch. I did that once, under slightly different circumstances. A friend was messing with me and screwed up my chair--lowered it all the way, left the arms uneven (one high, one very low), locked the rocking feature. I went to sit down and the chair wasn't where I expected it to be, so I ended up falling and tipping the chair over with me shocked
