My class is reading Things Fall Apart. It takes place in Nigeria over one-hundred years ago, and the main staple in that tribe is yams, and they're always eating something called "yam foo-foo." I found a recipe for it online, so I made some and am bringing it in to share with all my classes. It's basically just like mashed potatoes, except with yams. I think they'll like it.

I read Things Fall Apart and I loved it. That was back in high school... (I barely grad in 04 and I just finished colleg 08). We read it in my "global humanities" (aka before AIMS classes there was that...) and I still remember it to this day. Good book. Go you!
And the Office... I don't know, maybe Thursday? Look into that?
How are things with the girl? She's in AZ now right?
