Staying sane

I was sent home early Friday because I was having a mild fever and some other general head cold symptoms. My boss thought it best I go home and rest, because we are already having to run on a slim crew and taking on a lot more ourselves than usual, so he wanted me to get better, and I'm sure there's a mild fear that everyone has right now. I spent most of yesterday in bed and the sore throat is at least gone.

Here's the thing though....I'm not good at being sick. I want to use that time off to accomplish things, not just lay in bed...

So today I cleaned a little and finally worked on and finished a project that I've been planning since christmas....my cemeterrarium!

Little 3d printed mausoleum and tombstones, glow in the dark sand and little plant lights. We went for an underworld sort of spooky glowy side and then the upper overgrown neglected cemetery. And if you dont recognize the vessel, it's an antique embalming machine!

What are you all doing to keep busy?

I updated the quantity in my etsy shop, had quite a few hits on the grab bags and I sat and made up 22 of them today also! I'm excited to clear some stock and get to making new stuff. I also start school a week from monday. 3 classes this quarter instead of 2. I hope I wont regret that additional class.

Hope you are going to start feel better soon! Take it nice easy, let your body rest and recover. Love your cemeterrarium! So much detail and creativity went in there! Enjoy looking at it and I bet it looks so nice in the dark when it all glows!
