October is over, though things have not really slowed down at all. I've found some quiet moments here and there, but it's busy. Some of you may remember (or read it in @remod66 's blog) October held both the birthday of my love, and our 3 year wedding anniversary. About a week before our anniversary, we returned to the Seattle area. Sure, we got to have a few days revisiting things we miss (spent a great few hours in The Dreaming laughing with friends), but our real reason for being there was to attend the celebration of life for Corey's grandmother. It was a long day, filled with photos and stories, laughing and remembering, and of course too much chocolate (grandma sure loved chocolate) and alcohol. We also helped Grandpa decorate for Christmas (yes, Christmas, a week before Halloween +groan+)
We did have some fun in the busy month though, pumpkin patches with @skidtography and his lovely family, our own halloween party, and a nice outing for Corey's birthday to a lovely little wine bar, and a special cake I had made for him.
Prepare for a photo dump
Now we are well into November, I'm still clinging to fall as random small snow showers hit (nothing sticks, it's just cold) and my birthday is around the corner. November 21st to be exact. I'll be 25, and I think I'm doing quite well for my age, happily married, own a house....not so happy in my job but it's steady.
If you feel generous, or just curious, here's the wishlist of doom I know, it's a bit intimidating.
Planning a bunch more shoots with @skidtography but he did send me amazing edit of our tribute to the artist Chiara Bautista's work. My amazing latex mermaid tail by the incredible Visha Loo too
and here's the original
Well, I think that is about all I have for right now. I think I glossed over a bunch, but you probably don't care about all the tiny details
