eh, i used to think so... but i got sick of his production.
anyway, what's wrong with what tony does? he does more than discipline, he motivates. he encourages people to tap into themselves and werk toward being the best they can be. i was brought there as a gift from someone else, but it's been awesome so far.
it's not just lecturing... it's incredibly interactive. shit, WE WALKED ON BURNING COALS!@#!
it's also about more than just instilling discipline and getting to know yourself (i don't really know myself any better than when i walked in there, although i have decided to make some serious changes in my life as a result,) it's also about knowing other people... tonight, we learned about making rapport with people... how to feel PRECISELY what someone else is feeling by copying their breathing and body language. it was intense. anyway, my point is that i've learned a lot of tools that i had never known before. it's fucking dope.
oh yeh, he also provides a safe and encouraging environment to make changes... the werld tends to be a hard place to commit to doing such things.
i'm done smoking pot, for one.
