it prolly will, relatively... the thing is this: you'll prolly want to do it more to produce more ill shit, but the more you do it, the weaker the creative impmact becomes.
if you're inclined to try it, you definitely should... it's worth a shot. if you don't like it, you don't have to do it ever again.

the thing i'm trying to change about myself right now is my consistancy; i tend to go through intense attitude shifts. like, one day i'll be good, werking on shit, etc. the next day i'll be depressed because i'm not getting enough done. consequently, i let things around me bother me. the key element of what i'm trying to change is my ability to stay focused and not get werked up when i don't need to. it usually happens when someone does something that pisses me off, so i'll freak out, and then the problem is made werse. there's always at least one way to resolve your problem with a desirable outcome, and i'm usually too skewed in the heat of the moment be able to act in the proper manner which wiill lead to this resolution.
meditation... i need to do more of that. sometimes i just need to chill.
