so i probably didn't go to sleep until after 4 because i didn't get home until after 3, i think... soul caliber and mario kart night. geeks, we are.

so i didn't get to sleep until late, woke up at 3:30... i had so many things i wanted to do today. i guess that's okay. sleep is good and i haven't gotten my late night on in awhile.

now... i still need to do stuff, but OLN is showing gravity games. oh, how i love bmx and skate. gets me all crazy. someone needs to find me a hot skateboarder.


other things:

work has been crazy. back to school fucking sucks, though it's just a warm-up for christmas, really. after the season's over, there's probably going to be some moving around of management and all i can say is that i hope i don't go anywhere. the Boss Man is one of my favorites. there are really only two in the city that i'm willing to work for at this point: the one i just left and the one now. so... unless they get moved, i don't want to go anywhere.

i also don't want to leave because i do the hiring and i think we're starting to really get some good people in there. i love it when i can help build a staff anywhere close to the one that i started out with at this company. i started out up in lima as a sales associate and that was probably the best group of people ever. the managers were cool as hell, everyone was friends, and it was just great. for those that have met my best friend, our 4 years of awesomeness started about then. so bringing in awesome people and making a tight team is just really satisfying for me. and it's not easy. i'm not always easy to work with, especially if you're management. i expect a lot from myself and i expect a lot from other people, i think. and if you're not doing the job, you're not fucking doing the job. i have real problems with people who don't hold up their end of things. i'm having this issue right now and it's making work suck because it's just constantly frustrating.

other than that, i've gotten to hang out with the old school friends the past couple of nights. i love it. like, there are times when i get really frustrated with them for various reasons (but who don't i get frustrated with, honestly? i mean, i tend to really dislke a lot of people.), but honestly... there's not another group of people that i would rather have still in my life. most of these kids i've known since at least high school in one fashion or another. i never exected to still have them around. i love it, love it, love it.


yeah. so other than all of that, i just want some make-out.

oh, and a ticket to see my chemical romance and reggie...
