Hey there,

I just saw saw the mention of Civ Pro exam on the new blogs update and wanted to wish you good luck. I'm a 2nd year law student and I have 5 exams in the next week and a half, but am not so much stressed either just because of reviewing and as long as you get it thats the important thing.

Just remember International Shoe for jurisdiction and a few other concepts like res judicata/issue/claim preclusion and you should be good to go.

the problem with law school is that law school students all think that all there is to life is law school.* civil procedure was actually the class that I did best in. plus, it's also the only class that I couldn't sell any of my books from, so if you *really* want to get away, I would be more than willing to help you escape.

My family is from Italy. When I went and visited, I was taken to some of the most beautiful places around Asiago and Vicenza. If you have time, get out of the big cities and go visit some of these places, you won't regret it. smile

I actually had the SG banner for the set (spoiler I think its called) on my Myspace page the past 4 months or so, there is no telling. ha ha It was great, very cute and you two work so well together. kiss
And I always find it good when there is humor involved in a set, I laughed when you were play fighting and pulling the dolls head off. tongue

Oh definitely, I think it's very special and will be passing it on when that time comes as well. I spoke to my parents who spoke to some other family members, and they're going to see if they can tie up some of the loose ends and also see if they can go back even further. I always loved history so this is all pretty amazing to me.

I'm stydying practical philosophy as my major and other social scienses and female studies as minors. Right now I have lots of exams about theoretical philosophy, just passed my logic exam and I'm about to start reading for the metaphysics exam next week *yawn* I'm glad we have long break during the holidays so I'll get some rest. Mmm.

I've been thinking about going on my exhange to USA or Canada thought I'm fascinated by all the really old European universities like the one in Bologna, founded in 1088. Whoa! surreal But living abroad for a while would be wonderful and I'd be able to improve my english (or french) *and* get to meet some new people.
