Hey, I can really relate to your sadness over Kiwi. My cat, Widget, is likewise 15 and black, and I don't live with him anymore either. It's sad as his liver is failing and he has to have a potassium free diet. He's so thin now that when he lies down he looks 2D. Still really friendly and loving though, he's kinda half-cat, half-dog in terms of character.

Anyway, sorry to hear you're so broke. It's no fun having no money, I know.
