ok, last week i was all stressing (in the bdsm forum) about going to a bdsm party because it's been months and months since I've gone to a party and since I've even been played! and i have to overcome my inhibitions all over again about getting naked and (*gasp*) doing things, or having things done to me, in front of lots of people.
Got myself psyched up, then the car broke down and we didn't go. But we're going THIS week, so i have to do the whole DAMN pep talk all over again.
Crap.
The play party is actually after a symposium thing about BDSM & Spirituality! Hmmm. I'll let you know what they say if you're interested..
P.S. My co-worker just gave me a lovely book to read (about werewolves, as i'm into Classic deep intellectual literature, yeah) and it's sitting RIGHT THERE whispering at me seductively to pick it up when i have pages & pages of stuff to type in for work.... *whimper*

that sucks that you got yourself psyched up and then.....nothing. i hate when shit like that happens! have fun this weekend, im sure you'll have a great and i want to hear all about it! i've always been curious about these parties and have done some reading on them but haven't talked to anyone involved in them.
