Mmmm. I had the whole day off, so I didn't do anything at first. Then after I got restless and bored from doing nothing I turned on the music, T-Rex's The Slider, and cleaned up some stuff, organized some other stuff, and thought about paying bills but didn't. Then my sister came over for lunch and then I sent her back off to work with 2 dozen homemade carrot cake cupcakes with homemade creamcheese icing (gotta keep the free dog stuff coming!). Then I made creamy potato soup, soda bread biscuits, and a big green salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, and vinegarette dressing for me and my roommate for dinner. Tomorrow I'm going to make a big batch of apple butter because I have a ton of apples. Every now and then I go on a cooking rampage and want to feed everyone!
