Whilst it is quite obvious that I am not an SG, and cannot know what that is like, I have had those same feelings over run me while I attempted to participate in this generally much younger club.
I have quit and rejoined SG no less than 4 times in 5 yrs. I don't know,(and suspect not), that an SG can get away with it. SG is not the center of the Universe and you may well have better things to do with your time, of course that's your call.
Being somewhat a follower of the Thelemic belief, I would say , Is this within the realm of your True Will?

maybe take a break if you need to- get yourself in a good place, feel happier and then maybe pop back- i love your sets on here and also love seeing your journals and updates so i'll miss you a lot x but if you need a break, you need a break you know? maybe even just not logging in to here for a month and taking some time out might be good? either way you will be missed- you really are an awesome lady and genuine which is hard to find on here some times xx

try to get some perspective of where you are and where you want to be and you should find your spring in your step again.
