So dinner went well. Shannon and I made Rosemary and Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken with Wild Mushroom Sauce. It turned out amazingly well for a first time shot. I had a couple of vodka tonics in my system by the time we were done.
You know, I had something else I wanted to say but I've totally spaced it. I guess I'll save it for another entry.
It's 23 days and counting until my birthday. I still have no idea what I want to do or what I want as "gifts." I doubt I'll go out. I haven't gone out for a birthday since my 21st. I could seriously use some suggestions!
