This week a friend through my business found that his best friend, also a friend of mine through business, was 'blown' up in Iraq. His prognosis is excellent, long, very long, but said to be projected at a 100% recovery. His whole Butt was blown off by a RPG shot under his 'Hummer' and exploded. He chose not to run over a child, used by the Terrorists opperating in Iraq overagainst the Iraqi people, who subsequently through a box of spike under his military vehicle, which in turn set him up for his injury. Two months ago this 19year old young man was here in America, free but not able to keep sufficient employment. Now he'll continue being paid by the US of A. Maybe he'll not receive the poor treatment via the VET Adm that many American Soldiers have received.

I have protested every war since I was twelve years of age. I have had friend after friend killed, and worse left for the collateral damage of war upon their minds and hearts. I have supported 'our' American Soldiers not by supporting the wars that they've been sent to, but by saying that if they are serving this nation in war and in the military that they should be treated with respect by the nation's rulers. Yes, correct, the ones in DC are rulers, their children do 'not' serve in War Zones, yet they have no problem sending our children into them. Both the 'left' and the 'right' cut benefits and programs for VETS and those presently serving day after day, yet collectively say, 'We support the Troops!' Bullshit. They support their own interests. That's it. This is a primary 'business' reason to not support war, any war, because the only business interests served by war are those that rule and those of every nation at the top of the income earners. Remember the top 1-4% income earners receive their incomes by the rest of US, the incomer producers.

How much longer will we the people of America permit those elected to represent US
in Washington to not represent US? How much stuff do we the people of America need
before we stop perpetuating the American government by the elite, those that earn at the
top 1-4% of the incomes by our people, receive the gold card health insurance programs for
themselves, receive the gold card retirement programs, and double, triple, and more, dip into
multiple retirements, work at best six months out of the year, and most of that the time being
spent in lobbyist sessions, called congressional meetings and hearings?
The Constitution of the United States of America was created by an elite. The original framers of our Constitution were part of the elite that simply wanted to be free from their mother and father country taxation and rule. Today those in the Washington DC elite include people from most religious traditions, genders,races and heritages. Nonetheless they are still the elite pretending to represent the 'rest of the people.' Listen to our supposed representatives when speaking of US as the them and they, rarely the us that they include themselves in their political posturing.
It appears to me that the only thing that actually angers US in America, those of us below the elite
that share in the 1-4% of the top income earnings, is when our accumulation of stuff is threatened.
Why do we think that those in Washington DC, sitting in Congressional hearings regarding our nation's
financial crisis spend so much time making sure that the rest of US have sufficient credit in order to acquire more stuff?
