*hugs* i think i feel like i've lost my passion for art sometimes, but its just that the passion changes, you're getting into photography now...which is another form of imagery and expression, but still art.
with drawing it comes and goes, you should pick it up when you get time again. i love books filled with sketches...

i loved scotland, i think it was partially because annalee and tsui were so kind to me and showed me so many beautiful places..but it is by far one of the most beautiful countries ive ever been to.

i think that it is why i want to come back to the uk and explore the rest of it more in the spring when the blue bells are out.

at the moment im stressing about getting my train back to the airport to go back to florence from amsterdam...i think the holidays and the break from travel will be good for me...but i definitely am always figuring out ways to go see the world, i think i just feel such a need to see places as i was stuck in the states for awhile and i got quite afraid of being stuck again.

i cant wait to see what you'll do with your new camera! ^___^

i think america is the land of opportunity if you decide it should be, it certainly has a lot of things you can do...and each city is really different since the country is so huge.

i think i feel free most of the time....but then i also have so many responsibilities and deadlines when i travel that i feel often so anxious. im always terrified of missing flights.

and dont be too critical of yourself when you draw, i think having people in art school criticize me so much as forced me to let go of my perfectionism a bit and to just make things because i like them..i guess that's the key really.
