I realize I haven't been updating as much lately...not that me realizing it has changed anything. I feel like I am always on the internet. Too much for my own good anyway, especially with summer here. It makes me feel guilty to be indoors staring at a screen when I could be outdoors. Here I am criticizing the TV, but it seems sort of hypocritical. Anyway, that stll doesn't explain why I don't update and if anything makes it even more confusing. So, what can I say? We can wonder together. Or not. Who cares.

We have another new kitten. Teeny. Tiny. Black and weightless. Came to us by way of the little neighbor boy who brought him home but was not given the ok by his dad. We were the obvious choice, being the crazy cat people upstairs.

Do you realize I have to move by September 31st and I wont be back from Burning Man until September 8th!! Not to mention that I'm not sure where I'm moving to yet. I'm not worried.

And speaking of Burning Man. I have A LOT to do....supplies, laundry (mat), costumes,....OH!!! and we found a golf cart finally!!!! I have been looking and looking all over the place for a golf cart to turn into a art car and finally found one for $1500.00. Thats a lot of money right now so I have to think about it overnight. Figures that it would come around just days before I leave to the playa.

I read a great book last week called Blink, which is about those snap judgements you make immediately upon meeting somebody or the 'feeling' you get when making decisions that you really have no idea where it came from or what it is based on....It's a really great book and you should read it if you are the intuitive sort or the sort who knows how you feel most of the time but can hardly ever put it to justice with words. Like me
