Yeah. I was supposed to get a year-long fellowship thing for Osaka in August and it is STILL bothering me. I was the best candidate...8 people applied and they took 6 of them. I feel like my university just no longer gives a fuck. I had my whole life encircling my plan to do that and I really don't know how to deal with it now.
