I'm in dire need of a full body makeover.

What does it take to feel hawt? Exercise, haircut, clothes....????????
Rolling out of bed feeling constantly hungover doesn't exactly make a gal feel sexy. Better nutrition is needed. Perhaps the extended holiday weight gain plays a role too.


So............(ladies & gents)............what do you do to feel good?
Any advice is greatly appreciated. Ruts are damn hard to break out of!
