If you are in your home town, just go to your polling place and explain the situation, and you must be permitted to vote. If you cant go to your polling place, contact your County election officials, or go to http://www.ourvote.com/ for more information.
That's a good website (ourvote) as well. It's kind of your situation, kinda not. Regardless, you should be able to vote by provisional ballot (Presidential Election only)

Go to www.mypollingplace.com and find your polling place, take any ID you have (I know they accepted my Birth Certificate today). You'll probably have to sign an affadavit certifying your identity. Most states are requiring that regardless.
