The new job is going good. In case I didn't tell you all, I am now officially the assistant manager at Charrette's in Woburn. www.charrette.com I am frustrated that I don't know all the opening and closing procedures, but then have to remind myself I have only been there 2 weeks and I have never had to do it before, so it is all brand new. It is good to be back in art supplies. I would have rather gotten out of retail, but I did enjoy many aspects of the art supply business at Pearl and I found I missed it when I left. Plus I really missed the people. Now I am back in it and there seems to be a certain person who is attracted to working at that type of place. Obviously they are mostly artists, but there is more to it then that. The managment team, both at Pearl and now Charrette, are quirky and fun. We goof off, rag on each other, give each other a hard time, and get a lot done. It is fun. I realized the other day when I got into my car to go home that my cheeks hurt from smiling and laughing all day. Yeah. No suck there!
In other news, my boi is indefinately trapped in fucking Florida. Everything seems to be piling up and going wrong and preventing him from coming back.
I don't want to think about it right now. Makes me really sad. 
I am pretty lonely in this big place all alone. I am on a cleaning stint right now and am going to set up my studio, maybe, if the cramps don't get the better of me.
I am off Tuesday and Thursday this week, so if anyone wants to hang out, let me know! I need to socialize!
