So it's off to Nanaimo this weekend for Easter. Seeing the family is good, but there are unfortunate side effects. The biggest one is that I have to go to church with the parents.
Now don't get me wrong, I don't have anything against religion in principle . The problem is that at the Church my parents go to it all seems to be a contest. Who's the best catholic. All these people trying to show off how holy they are. That seems to be a growing problem with organized religion. All show, no substance. Course it might also help if the church pulled it's head out of it's ass and started to live in the modern world. BAH!
