I have been marking essays for the last few days. It's one of my most time consuming jobs as a TA. IT's also really frustrating. IF you happen to be in a class that requires essays here are some handy tips.
1) Read the assignment.
2)Read it again... make sure you actually know what you should be doing.
3) When writing your essay make sure you are doing the whole asignment.
I've already had a couple in this batch that people obviously put some work into, but won't get great marks because they didn't do all of the assignment. Frustration.
