I saw an old friend of mine for the first time in nearly a year last night. I haven't really talked to her since I scolded her childish behavior and cut all ties with her. The past is the past, right? It was nice to sit and talk.. catch up.

I've been running and going to the gym for about a week and a half now. My old shin splints have already reappeared and I tore the rotator cuff in my left shoulder. Way to start a cleansing/fitness program! I'm sticking with it. In fact, I'm late getting to the gym. I'm just hoping the crappy physique that attached itself to me over the last couple years since I became so lazy disappears again after a few months.
