... and in other news.

I just (as in this very second) finished watching X Men 3 The Last Stand. And to completely disagree with my esteemed collegue and bestest of bestest buddies Sparknugget I think it was the single greatest movie I've seen in quite some time.

Now there are things to be unhappy about. Sure sure. I think that Wolverine should be played by a guy who's at least a little closer to the character in physical discription. Not to say Jacman doesn't do a fantastic job at playing the character. But the guys supposed to be 5'3" tall and 195 pounds (more when including the weight of the adamantium skeleton) which would make him best described as a REALLY REALLY ANGREY VOLKS WAGON BUG CONVERTED TO A TANK...... with claws and mental issues.

The story was choppy but there was ALOT to finish off. So they did the best they could. I think they did well enough. The MAIN story itself... that being stand up for whats right and do what you need to do for that right thing no matter what... yeah... that was good. Daddy liked it. Now I for one have had a past filled with being treated like a monster. This in time has been enough to change a once cheerful face to one that (on it's own doing, not mine) has become a face that is often questioned for "what's wrong" "why are you sad" "why are you angry". So needless to say I can relate to people seeing me as different. So again. VERY GOOD STORY...... for me.

The action and effects................. HOLY SWEER MOTHER OF GOOD DAMN GOD ALL FREAKIN MIGHTY WAS IT EVER GOOD. That's all I've got to say about that.

Now onto the special features.... I'll be with you shortly.

Okay.... the special features. Well..... could be more but they certainly were.... "special".
And that's I've got to say about that.

Oh yeah. Has anyone even seen Elektra... cuz I totally forgot it even existed.

AND I FORGOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The actress that plays Kitty Pride (ShadowCat) is 19. And cute as all Hell.

AND THE SCENE!!!! Toward the end. Wolverine being the big boss leader type. Where the BIG FIGHT takes place. Turns and says..."HOLD THIS LINE!" The look on Ellen Page's face (Ktty Pride/Shadowcat) is priceless to me. If I had to look at that scared face.... the fit of rage I've have for those who caused it..... I'd BLACK THE FUCK OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But that's what I do. That's what I am. We all go home... or they all die.

Just thought I'd share.

This is Ellen Page. She was fantastic.

Ha! Bulleted responses to bulleted responses to a bulleted entry! MUAHAHAH*cough* I'm fine, honestly.

* Calico Jack is a pirate.

* I ended up using poster putty and it's working beautifully

* 1964 Bob Dylan >> skeletal Bob Dylan of the present. By then he'd lived enough life to lose some of that baby quality in the face, but hadn't taken enough drugs to really wear on him.

* Cod pieces with tassels on stage during a college lecture pretty much take the cake for funny.

* Edy's Dibs are these bite-sized hunks of ice cream coated in chocolate.

*I'm pretty sure he's just generally pretty, which is unrelated to his unavailability. But at the end of term I won't be his student anymore, making him available, so we'll see if the attraction persists and who's right here.

*Weird Al is ridonculous.

That is an excellent way of putting it. A lived-in look usually means the person's not boring.
