maybe he was battling one side politics with another kind of one sided politics. i haven't seen it, yet, so i'll wait to judge it.
i remember seeing bad santa, and as soon as it started, i was laughing so hard at all the times he said "fuck" in the first five minutes. it was hilarious.
haven't seen 9/11 yet, but it doesn't surprise me what you're saying. I wish these things could be done with common sense. I like Moore and my political leanings are similar, but reading his books I always find one or two chapters that piss me off. By being so one-sided I think it devalues the rest of what he's saying. It comes across as if he's just trying to be so to the left and so pc, that it doesn't seem as geniune.
some parts of nip/tuck were entertaining but i could hardly believe my eyes when i realized where they were going with the story line. they actually had christian attempt to give himself his own nose job
i don't think i can stomach fahrenheit 9/11. even my very liberal friend said they could have cut it down to 20 minutes of movie if they wanted to actually show something that wasn't a total propaganda film
i don't even want to see that movie......when i go to the movies I want an escape....and not to be thinking about what's going on in reality. but yea it sounds like it is really one sided. lars like the guy from metallica?
i agree with you about moore being super one-sided. i think it's really important that people see that movie but i do (and i'm sure i've told you before) have a love/hate relationship with the guy. sounds like you had a fab weekend. good to hear it.
