I totally understand where you are coming from re the potential thing.

I was team leader for my leagues sponsorship commitee and stood down for my own reasons (i just didnt have the time to put into it with full time work, part time uni and skating and having a partner!!!). But now the girl running it is just not doing it properly and i find it SO HARD to just sit by and watch and i am continually sticking my head in fixing things. It sucks that i cant just sit by and watch and just let it go. So i understand. I am also a bit of a control freak. So just know, if you do step down, you will end up fixing the shit that doesnt get done ANYWAY, so you may as well continue being head ref as its just as annoying trying to fix it when it screws up wink
