What a shitty past couple of days. Yesterday our main sewer line backed up, and flooded the bathroom and kitchen. That happened last year as well. $300 for them to clean it out. Roots from the damn cypress trees. Seems like this will be a problem every year. Today the hills are on fire. But I did put red streaks in my hair last night, and while they didn't turn out exactly how I wanted, I still like them.

Not much else is going on. Thursday at work the students are going to make breakfast and I get to eat it. I'm excited about that. Hopefully it won't be burnt and crappy. Ha-ha. I've only eaten the stuff the actual Chefs have cooked, not the students.

My husbands tattoo guy is coming out again in a couple weeks. I want to get another tattoo, but I really shouldn't spend the money. Or maybe I should...
