Well, today I feel like crap again. the doctor says I'm manic-depressive and should try lithium, but I don't know if i should. I already take fluoxetine and abilify (and stesolid and propavan) and now I drink lots of wine too. I'm a mess, totally, and I don't know how to solve this. Maybe I should trust my doctor and begin taking lithium then, when they tell me to. Then I guess I wont be able to drink, so I think I'll have another glass of wine, just because I still can.

I feel sad. I don't know what to do.
