Howdy, so a good friend of mine was underweight for a while. We found a lot of articles on webmd on healthy ways to gain weight. Maybe you have already seen this, but it may help.
I had this problem in high school and tried everything, I was six feet tall and weighed 125 lbs. Finally a doctor quietly said to go find a heavy dark beer, something like Guinness Stout, and drink two every night before bed. Like milk shakes it gives you the extra calories, but it also has the added benefit of slowing down your metabolism just a little.
Two beers a night won't turn you into an alcoholic and won't kill you, but it will help you gradually put on some weight.
I'm now a healthy 180 and have been there for years, but now prefer Scotch!
i wish you the best of luck. i am willing to donate a little extra weight to you (: lol. i have been wondering how you were doing with all of that. what kinda things can you eat now? maybe knowing that would help us be able to tell you which ones to eat to get the extra weight.
i knew you couldn't have alcohol haha. yeah so that really doesn't leave you much. have you tried to talk to the doctor about what you could have to gain a little weight? cause i was going to suggest pasta and bread and stuff high in carbs..but thats all fiber. hmm...they sure make this difficult for you don't they?!
