stickmartin:
Hey I almost got ran over today too. Damn the Man for trying to kill me. Your right it wasn't freezing but it was close if that counts. I thought that I had frostbite. but appartently that has passed.

i: Austrailia because right now it is summer time. and Austrialia is always like WTF
ii: lightening and red sun sets
iii: too many to name
iv: I have a problem with splurge spending, l will usually wake up one day and decide I should buy something. Which ends up turning into alot of things. Oh well what's a growing boy to do.
stickmartin:
why is it that most people tend to drive faster when it is raining out? Oh and when I jusmped out of the way of the car like you I was splashed with a huge puddle of water. I was wet for quite a long time after that.
stickmartin:
Yes I am dry now but do you have any idea how uncomfortable it is to have wet underwear on for 9 hours straight. Oh well I am dry now and it is time to turn that frown upside down. Where exactly is Banff?
freyja__:
last night luna and i were sitting around bitching about the cold. and then we realized.. thank GOODNESS we're not in canada! its MUCH colder there.

from my 0 degree weather to yours..
stay warm.
kiss
_bossanova_:
i. I'd go to New Orleans and get my tattoo fixed, eat beignets, spend all day walking around the French Quarter, spend way too much at the voodoo shops, and hopefully have a lot of sex.smile
ii. Red lightning! I saw some one night on a drive to Florida from Georgia-it wasn't raining, and the lightning came down at a near horizontal angle. It was gorgeous!
iii. I would like to be financially independent.
iv. I am weak, I confess! My big weaknesses are drugstores, lingerie shops, and body stuff (scrubs, soaps, lotions, etc.).

I am so glad you're alive, too!smile It seems like everyone is having weird dreams lately. Whenever I can't sleep I take diphenhydramine. Promethazine is good, but you need an rx, at least here in the US. Oooh, ooooh, if you can get it in Canada without an rx, I want some!wink

Hope you have sweet dreams tonight, miss!kiss

If you would like to try some herbal sleepytime stuff, I recommend:

Using one chamomile tea bag, simmer in a large mug's worth of milk for 10 - 12 minutes, add 2 - 3 full dropper's of liquid valarian root and honey to taste. Sweet slumber. kiss

Have a wonderful weekend of fun and play and rest and daydreams and all the things that make your heart sing.

1.$1000 eh? am i allowed to stay in Melbourne and get some tattooing and buy some CD's?...if i had to actually go some place i'd probably fly up to Sydney and see the folks and some friends.
2.i like storms
3.yeah,my current living arrangements kinda suck...not in a real bad way,it was certainly worse a couple of months ago.I just want to get my own place and then i feel like i'll be able to properly get this "show on the road" so to speak....its not far off now i'm sure.
4.not really, although if given the oppourtunity i reckon i could spend a fair amount of money in a short space of time, that would be fun.

stay safe and warm kiss
ovida:
The freezing rain SUCKED ASS. And I got the Boobriffic book at Book and Brier biggrin
ovida:
Hehe, the Breast Book Awesomeness has infected you!! There were 2 left in "Bargin Books" last I checked, and they're easy to spot since they're pretty mini-sized and thick.
ovida:
*gasp!* Are you insinuating...Naughtiness! *yet another "gasp!"*...well okay then, just checking biggrin kiss
4m:
i. Grab a few friends and go to a big rave in a real city... dance till sunup, sleep all day, rinse and repeat.
ii. Northern Lights... I've seen plenty of amazing ones, and still want more!
iii. Only one? Hmm... ok I want a nice house instead of renting.
iv. No. I try to own very little, considering how much I tend to move around.
ronin_46:
wow good questions this fine friday here in St. Charles Missouri . . . the perfect kind of friday for a seven hour long nap . . .

i. I think Sundance Film Festival starts this weekned in which case it would be that but if not I would prolly just spend the whole grand on comics and trades and Television seasons on DVD (like Homicide and Brooklyn South and NYPD Blue) and sit in my living room and relax and take the weekend off of work. I really like my house though and a getaway for me is really more in the mind than the body.

ii. as much as my knees don't like it I am really a fan of rain and while it may not necessarily be a phenomena since it happens all the time it is one of my favorite things. now phosphorescent algae in the ocean when there are really good waves is one of the coolest things I have ever seen but it is not atmospheric.

iii. hrmm . . . hard one. my weight, because while it is not something I am uncomfortable with enough to actually effort to change since I am actually rather certain I am built the way I am supposed to be if I could just wish it away I might just in hopes of getting more attention from women.

iv. in some senses yes in others no. I will get any product that makes cleaning my house easier since I rarely if ever actually do it and I have lapsed in the realm of getting suckered into trying new foods and stuff like that all the time from commercials and ads but really I am pretty consistent about what I buy and what I avoid at all costs.

my cat says hello : )
astrokreep23:
1. buy camping equipment... and wonder into the woods without explanation and not come back for a week.

2.St Elmos Fire

3. I wish I got around to drawing more. Oh and be in better shape of course.

4. I am NOT a consumer whore... I am thrifty and only purchase necessary things ( fyi video games are necessary)
pseudo_ghost:
biggrin thanks for the complement on the art kiss

Yummy Chinese food

Ah I hate those kind of dreams too, but I bet you were relieved that your car wasn't wrecked when you woke up, that happens to me all the time oh wait that was just a dream so the mafia didn't cut off my legs yay I can go back to sleep.

i. just drive no stopping not even for pee breaks.
ii. lightning
iii. The job
iv. am I ever

Have a great weekend Sylvan
sinope:
Hey sweetie,

The rain sounds kinda scary eeep! Sounds like you had a close call frown glad ya still here tho smile

Is it always the same kind of dream?????

1) At the moment anything that involved relaxation, sleep and special time with a special person smile A spa weekend would be good, particularly if I could stay in a log cabin with a fire, duvet and lots of love.

2). Snow! of course, or maybe the aurora borealis, I need to go see it!
3) To have a clue!
4. Only if I'm depressed - my credit card bill of late is telling me I need to worry!!!! Oh but I have faaaaaantastic new boots
gigi:
I have similar problems with not sleeping well (and having stupid dreams) - I heard Ambien helps, but I'm hesitant to take something habit-forming...

i. I'd like to go to the Blue Ridge Mountains in NC, stay in a cabin with a fireplace, have lots of sex, play in the snow, and (like you) no cell phones...
ii. Lightning - especially over the ocean
iii. I'd like to quit my job and go to an Ivy League grad school full-time
iv. Yes, when it comes to books, CDs, and DVDs

Hope you're having a great weekend! Stay warm if you can! smile
whaa:
i. pigeon key, florida, baby...snorkeling and chillin' on the dock
ii. lightening
iii. i dunno, i've got it pretty good...
iv. after my impromtu trip to target this evening, i can give this question a resounding YES
clara:
i. I'd like to go visit my old pal in Houston. I'm sick of the cold weather.
ii. I find rain to be the least irritating precipitation.
iii. My location, if my family's lives would permit it.
iv. To a degree, yes. I enjoy trying new products, but I'm not a collector. I prefer to make purchases that can be used/used up.
zork:
i) Can we assume things that aren't true, beyond the $1000? If so, mine would be a remote cabin on the seashore, a hot tub (with a nice view), and a particular someone to snuggle with in the hot tub. (The not-true part is that she wouldn't, at present, be keen on spending a weekend with me, or any time at all for that matter.) If we can't make assumptions, then the same scenario, but alone.

ii) Rainbows. (Where do you come up with these questions?)

iii) I'd like to have finished my dissertation by now.

iv) For books, CDs and computer stuff, yes. Otherwise no.

Sorry to hear about the freezing rain and the weird dreams. Nothing like a layer of ice over everything to make your day too interesting.
teclo:
i. what would be a perfect weekend getaway for you right at this moment? (if someone gave you 1000 bucks and said 'go' what would you do?)
- i would grab the boyfriend and the ruca girl and drive up to the alma mater. we would get a room at the bed and breakfast, we would buy some bicycles and ride down the bike path. we would visit professors and kiss in old classrooms.

ii. what's your favorite atmospheric phenomena?
- i would have to say ditto on the lightening.

iii. name one thing you'd like to change about your life
- i would be boring and say "have more money" because then i could get a house, buy a dog, and live the lifestyle i'm used to.

iv. are you a consumer whore?
- i wish i weren't, but i receive e-mails from my favorite clothing companies all the time. i bought a high end iMac when i didn't need a high end iMac, and i'm in credit card debt.
lunna:
I have been having weird dreams and trouble sleeping as well hon.

i. I would grab my love and head to Paris to be uber romantic, cause i cannot even remember what being romanced is like anymore.
ii. Lightening
iii. My Location
iv. Once in awhile when i have the extra money to spend.

kiss
tygertyger:
Wait a minute... you're not in Calgary by chance, are you? If so, you should meet up with the SGcalgary crew. We're all gamer geeks here, even Lotus. wink

it's hard to keep up friendships over distance frown
oryx:
i. i want to go home. i've been missing my mom and the dog a lot lately, and hanging out with them would be a great weekend.

ii. a little part of me always cheers when i wake up to sunshine. sunny with a few clouds makes for great pictures, usually. also, there is nothing better than sunshiney naps.

iii. i'd find that someone special. it doesn't even have to be in a sexual relationship kind of way, though that would be nice. but someone to just connect with, that would be wonderful.

iv. sometimes. more than i'd like to admit. right now i'm trying to justify a $800 dollar lens that i know i'm going to buy, justification or not. so right now, yes.

speaking of sask weather, you should check this out. it's my friend sara who's in yorkton. hope the weather gets better!
