no, not air canada, westjet. i've gone with air canada for the past three years and never had a problem, but this year i decided to try westjet.... never again...
1. i don't think i believe in actually physical faeries, but their spirit is there in a lot of people.
2. driving to little towns and exploring very nook and cranny with my camera.
3. sunset. i feel in love with sunsets in sask.
4. strawberry. and if you can find me real strawberry tea, none of this flavoured black tea crap, i would be a happy, happy grrl. i've only found it once or twice.
1) No, although I don't think our "scientific" view of the world remotely resembles reality
2) hiking and camping
3) sunrise
4) Iron Goddess of Mercy (No, really, this is the name of a tea. I would drink it even if I didn't like the taste, just because of the cool name , but it really is terrific. It's a Formosa Oolong, and has a smooth, smoky flavour.)
So... I have to ask... your journal entry starts with "Good gord"... was that on purpose?
You can get Iron Goddess of Mercy from Special Teas in Victoria, BC (they do mail-order), or probably a lot of other places. (They don't seem to list it on their WWW page; they only started stocking it recently. But they do have it.) There's a story about the name at Tea Muse which is kind of interesting.
It's exceedingly unlikely that I'll ever start a heavy metal band, but if I do, guess what the name will be...
1. i think faeries are the same as fruit flies, and i CRUSH them in my mighty hand
2. sitting on my balcony, drinking in the middle of the day with my best friend and watching the people.
3. sunset
4. i have never had tea. BLEACH!
Thanks for the exam luck Hopefully it worked! you can never quite tell with exams, you think you've aced and you fail, failed and you aced it Ah the wonders of life.
OMG you have the Pressed Fairy Book, I have been trying to get hold of one over here for agggges!
1) Hmmmm, faeries. Well I kinda believe, in a strange kinda way, like the idea at least!
2) Walking along cliffs, watching the sea calmly drift by. Maybe stopping off at a pebble beach and skimming stones. Then its off to enjoy a ice cool drink on a deck overlooking the water. Though in reality, prolly more like a walk round the park and drinks on the patio.
3. sunrise. You kinda get used to still being awake to watch it. Why is it I can never sleep til 4am??
4. Jasmine Green Tea or Darjeeling
Your date sounds ever so delightful. Hopefully a harbinger of better times ahead for the both of you? *squish*
I'm crazy busy today as we have been iced in for three days. Eeeeek!! I had 115 bloody emails to dig out from under this morning.
First your questions, then I must run.
1. do you believe in faeries?
*claps hands* of course, anything dreamed by mankind has substance.
2. favorite summer pastime?
Hiking in the shadows of towering trees or playing in the ocean breeze.
3. sunrise or sunset?
Sunset, always sunset. I adore the color of the light during the gloaming hours. (plus I'm exactly the same as you regarding the sunrise)
4. favorite tea?
Currently phoenix oolong, but I frequently find a new tea passion as PDX has some amazing tea shops. (Yay tea!!)
Yeah I think it is getting harder as it goes on, I am still in denial. I woke up this mornig and looked at my wrist hoping that it was all a dreanm and it was not really there. HAHAHA I have to be in a wedding tomorrow so I get to get more grooms men pics.

people have given me that book in so many incarnations.
it makes me so sad.
especially the decals that stick on your windows that look like a faerie smashed right into it.
