Saw Hot Water Music last night.
Amazing show.
Somehow, I managed to get up front. I have huge black and blues on my legs from being pressed up against the stage all night.
For their encore they did their cover of "True Believers" by the Bouncing Souls. I got up on stage and sang with them, and stage dived/crowd surfed for the first time in my life. I managed to do it all without breaking my glasses, and got caught by my friend Joey, who I didn't even know was going to be there until last night.
After the show, I had a drink with everyone at the Rainbow and on my way back to my car ran into Chuck, one of the singers loading their equipment into their van. I told him how I recently got diagnosed for depression and how some of their songs really cut right to the heart of me because of it. He shook my hand and said "Give me some love" and then gave me a hug. He was really fuckin cool.
All in all, a really good night.

You may be one of the coolest people i've discovered on here yet. You like Preacher, HWM, the bouncing Souls, and you watch (some) good movies over and over.
Your most humbling moment sounds absolutely fucking hilarious. I love that guy.
