My comments:

SPOILERS! (Click to view)

- I can't believe these sub-humans actually did that to your car? If they just wanted a stereo and/or valuables that they can latch on to inside, then so be it. To actually go to the point of utter destruction is beyond my comprehension. Hell, they would've gotten more worth by just stealing it and selling it off for spare parts. It's obvious that they were a bunch of punk-asses who didn't know any better but juvenile antics. I'm sorry that happened to you bro...

- It's good to hear that your family is doing well...I can't even imagine the joy that you get the little time you have to spend w/ your kids during the work week. I'm sure you make it up on days off though. I hope to one day be in a situation where I can finally be a father to someone...

- I can't surf for hell: My balance is so off it's unbelievable. When I 1st started to learn how to snowboard in Colorado, I fell literally 38 times. I remember that number like my own birthday because of the massive bruises it left on my legs: From ass cheek to my calves. They were border-line welts and looked like I got my ass beat to no end.

- Tickets to The Mission go on sale September 1st. I'm definitely going to the last 2 shows: February 29th and March 1st @ Shepard's Bush. Man, I would love to meet up w/ you and @ least have a few brews if you think you might not be able to go to a show w/ me. The important thing is that we can hang out a bit regardless of where...

Stay safe...have a good week!

no probs fella. Know you've got a family to look after; I'm a student so it's easy for me. Looking forward to hearing your band. Take it easy.

btw. that sucks about the car. Evil, evil people

Bro, I'm psyched! This is excellent...when it gets close I'll PM you all the details (my flights, where I'll be staying, etc.). Quite honestly, you're going on the pinnacle night of the 4 nights (the night you'll hear Tower of Strength!). It gets a bit creepy during that song if you're looking in from the outside: The hardcore fans act as if it's their religion. You'll see....

It's so going to kick ass.... smile ARRR!!! ARRR!!! smile

Hey man! Good to hear from you...

- I haven't gotten my tickets yet, but if I don't hear from See Tickets by the end of October, I'm going to call them up again and follow up on when they're going to send them to me (although I heard they're just going to send me a laminate)

- I just recovered recently from a bout w/ walking pneumonia, so that's why I agreed to be working on a 15-day stretch to make up for missing work (so I can start making up my comp time). Since I only started working for this company since April, I don't get sick days and vacation time until the 2nd week of November.

- Bro, next time you hit the pub, will you do me a favor and have a pint of this for me:

...Ohh man I want a pint so bad! Take care bro!

Bro, I wanted to give you some info on the opening bands for The Mission shows in February/March. Tell me if you recognize any of them:

Very Special Guests for London Shepherds Bush shows!

OK, we've just found out that this info has already been leaked on the
forums on MWIS so we thought we'd go ahead and make it 'official'.
The support slots for the 4 Mission shows at Shepherds Bush Empire
next February have been confirmed as:

Weds. 27th Feb: The Sisters Of Murphy ('First Chapter 'night)

Thurs. 28th Feb: Claytown Troupe ('God's Own Medicine' night)

Fri. 29th: Balaam & The Angel ('Children' night)

Sat. 1st March: Miles Hunt & Erica Nockalls ('Carved In Sand' night
and the last ever Mission show!)

The support band for the whole European tour will be announced shortly
when we have confirmation.

P.S. - I found a beverage place that gets in Old Speckled Hen. I have 3 bottles in the fridge now and a case warm in my closet...WOO HOO!!!

Thanks for the birthday wish! You rock bro...

Absolutely bro...Croydon sounds cool because it's a new area to explore. I'll be looking up places on my end too, but don't go out of your way man. I know you're uber busy yourself...just in case you have a few minutes smile

Can you believe it's only 3 months away? Dang!...

I'm super psyched!

Hey, I've had this last night:

tos:

Bro...Hope your New Year was festive! I was hoping to hear from you soon since the end of February is closer than we think. I was hoping to hit you up on more info on hotels near you (Croydon, right?) as well as bus or train schedules to see if it's a viable area to get a room while I'm in the UK vs. getting a room right near the venue. I talked to a representative @ See Tickets and they said the tickets are going to be printed up this week so hopefully we'll finally start getting them soon. I was also wondering which night you got tickets for? OK that's about it for now...talk to you soon man - Rich
