I was sorry to read about your heartbreak, but I'm glad that you're dating someone new now. I hope that goes well for you.
I'd never have thought to take someone to a shooting range on a date, but then we don't have many ranges over hear, due to the gun laws.
After showing us your shooting results, you've got me intrigued as to what your date's results were.
Thanks for sharing pics from Madonna's Erotica book, I remember hearing about that when she made it but I never saw any pics from it until now.
Personally I love all his work, but then that's because he's so unique. I mean he releases one album and you think "that's awesome!" and yet he changes entirely and the next album is completely different. I also loved his different personas - Ziggy Stardust, Aladdin Sane and other awesomely unique personas.
In short, a true legend!
Sorry to hear you got burned man, some girls really know how to deliver a total mindfuck when you least expect it.
Anyways, I'm glad you're over that now and that's an interesting way of dating. I particularly love the Voltron analogy.
I had a look again at your pics and I see the lady in question is a fair shot considering it was her first time at a range. I'm sure I wouldn't be that good!
Sounds like you had a nice date anyway, despite what happened at the bar later. That sounds like really weird behaviour by the waitress and I hope it didn't spoil the night for you.
Here's some of my fave Bowie tracks: Golden Years, John I'm Only Dancing, Sound and Vision, Let's Dance, Ashes To Ashes, Cat People (Putting Out Fire), Sorrow, Starman, Heroes, Changes, Drive In Saturday, Kooks, Aladdin Sane, Loving The Alien, Underground, Magic Dance, The Man Who Sold The World and Oh You Pretty Things. To be honest the list is pretty much endless and I certainly couldn't narrow it down to just one song.
I haven't seen The Hunger, but I'm well aware of his acting capabilities. Personally I loved The Man Who Fell To Earth, he also was awesome as Nikola Tesla in The Prestige and he also had a great cameo in Zoolander.
"Broken wings mend in time, one day Robin will fly again, I promise." - Michael Gough, Batman Forever.
"It ain't about how hard you can hit, it's about how hard you can get hit. How much you can take and keep moving forward, that's how winning is done." - Sylvester Stallone, Rocky Balboa.
Don't ask me why, but I thought those movie quotes might cheer you up.

Are fireworks legal in your area? I was shocked when I moved from NY that they are legal for everyone here. I had drunk neighbors putting on quite a spectacle. No flying fingers though, which was a plus!
Yeah, I've been growing my hair for a while now. Haven't had it trimmed in 4 months now. That was the first time I'd had my hair swept back. Most of the time I'm struggling to see underneath my fringe and I look like Dougal from the Magic Roundabout!
Glad you approve of the Bowie songs.
And if you press play on the Candidate video it shows the Diamond Dogs album artwork. I don't know why they've got the Aladin Sane pic for the play screen. Perhaps because it's such an iconic pose...
I'd heard Candidate before, when I had a week of listening to Bowie's back catalogue (not in order) on my phone.
I thought I'd share the vid since you mentioned it last time.
I'd have to agree with you, as much as I love his other movies, Kill Bill was Tarantino's opus. You've got to watch Django Unchained, it's awesome.
My Mrs isn't the biggest fan of Tarantino, and she hates westerns but even she loved Django.
sorry to hear about the relationship, but to be honest, this chick sounds like a bitch. i do agree, if you really were in love/loved a person, it wouldn't just end like that. she sounds fake, and I would suggest not be friends with her! Trust me, a lot of women keep 'guy friends' around because they know they still like them, and it's 'fun' to keep these guys hanging around at your will, because whenever you get lonely or just crave some attention, bam. pick one of your guy friends that are still in love with you and they will give you all the attention. Fact. Be careful and goodluck friend!!!
