yeah. I don't care for this new look. not at all. it's very Myspace.

actually, I just realized where the term 'blog' comes from last week.

I hear that a lot. I like the word blog, since it sounds like "trog" and "grog," two of my favorite words.

I've also heard what recoveringmale said around the site a bit. Funny, but the look doesn't remind me of MySpace, nor does the functionality (unless you count the fact that it's clunkier now). I really DON'T mind the colors or look. My problems are purely ease of use. The amount of clicking you have to do has gone up. The Bookmarks page has been slashed to a fraction of its former self. There's more emphasis on comment-stalking and checking-whether-folks-are-on functions, which makes my sense of privacy bristle (hence, I "am private" now, fwiw); it's mostly just that I might log on, and not be in a position or mood where writing to folks is possible or comfortable at that time.

Yeah. I don't really like it. But, hey, I figured out how to get to the blogs I want to see.
