My internet isn't working at all

I'm sitting down the street at a cafe... *urgh*

I need help fixing my computer and internet, this german guy across the road aparently knows lots. I'm going to go bug him.

Can anyone get me pirated versions of xp home, photoshop 7, norton antivirus?

I think I need to reformat my computer entirely... it's so messed up!

He went to NZ for a week so he could come back and stay for here for another 3 months.
He's been having visa troubles though...
