oh man!! i really wish i could help you guys. i know how much a pain in the ass base housing is. i lived on many of military bases in my time. lots of paper work and red tape. rank has alot to do with it too. and your so called friends who want to kick you out..KARMA!! thats all i have to say. keep your head up and it will all be good int he end. later my friend.
